UTC Athletics has partnered with locally owned company The Sanitize Guys, making them the Official Sanitizing Company of the Chattanooga Mocs.
“Keeping our facilities protected and clean for our student athletes, staff and fans is our number one priority and we’re thrilled that a local Chattanooga company is helping us in the endeavor,” says UTC Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Mark Wharton.
The Sanitize Guys are owned by local husband and wife duo, Josh and Elise Baker. Elise is an alumnus of UTC and Josh currently owns several local businesses in the Chattanooga area.
During these uncertain and unprecedented times, The Sanitize Guys are helping businesses and homeowners stay protected and helping them obtain peace of mind in their work and home environments.
“Partnering with The Sanitize Guys was a no-brainer; they are a locally owned business with a goal of making our community a safer place. Their expertise and passion for keeping the community safe will be instrumental in providing the best support to keep our players, staff and eventually fans safe” said, Daniel Stiles, Manager of Business Development for Mocs Sports Properties.
“We are very excited for the partnership and the opportunity to connect with UTC. Currently, we are sanitizing for the Men’s and Women’s basketball games. In the future we are looking forward to helping the other sports UTC has to offer as fans are allowed to come back to support the Mocs in person” said Elise Baker, Owner of The Sanitize Guys.
